An Exhibit of Pride Art Show 2009

An Exhibit of Pride Art Show - Stonewall Columbus Center on High
Stonewall Columbus has a deep commitment to the arts. Nestled in the Heart of the Short North Arts District, the center transforms into a gallery and performance space several times a year. June’s Short North Gallery Hop is held open every year to celebrate the works of GLBT artists and allies in a juried show at the community center. Over 30 artists submitted over 90 pieces this year. Michelle Lach, Media Studies Assistant Professor, Columbus College of Art and Design, and Nicholas Hill, Professor of Art and Director of the Frank Museum of Art, Otterbein College will select the pieces that will be exhibited the entire month of June. Works can be purchased and 20% of the artists’ sales will be donated to the center.
