9 pm Tournament Starts

Registration is $10/person (includes tournament registration and door cover) and is limited to the first 25 teams to register. There are 6 members to a team.  Individuals may sign up and will be assigned a team the day of the competition. Please register with Suzie Simpson ssimpson@stonewallcolumbus.org or call 930-2260.  Prizes will be awarded to the winning team. All proceeds benefit Stonewall Columbus Pride Festivities.

Official Rules

Teams consist of 6 players. At the start of each series, teams will be placed on opposing sides of their designated tables. The referees will determine the amount of beverage to be poured into each cup at the start of each competition. The referees will designate the side of the table that will start the race. Games begin with a gentleman’s tap (tap cups, down to the table, up to the mouth). Once the tap is completed, the relay race begins. Once a cup’s contents are finished, the player must place the cup mouth up on the edge of the table. The cup will be flipped from this position until it lands mouth down. Players cannot touch their cup until the previous player’s cup is 100% face down on the table. The remaining players will repeat the same process until all members have successfully flipped their cups. In the event that the last 2 cups land and settle at the same time, the game will is considered a do-over. The first team to successfully flip all of their cups wins the round. The first team to win 4 times will win the best of 7 series. Each player must flip each game and can only use one hand to flip cups. Players who spill or pour out excessive beverage from their cup will have to start over.

Event Eligibility and Terms

  • All participants MUST be at least 21 years old to participate.
  • All participants MUST sign the Participant Release Agreement and Terms of Service before participation.
  • No participant is eligible if they have any medical conditions that prevent them from the participation of any strenuous or hazardous activities.
  • Players may only participate on one team per tournament.
  • There are no refunds for any reason.
  • Registration fees include tournament entry and entry into Wall Street.
  • You must be courteous to all other participants in the tournament. Offensive language and/or conduct including but not limited to inappropriate or violent physical contact with another participant will not be tolerated and lead to automatic expulsion.
  • If for any reason a player cannot compete, there are no substitutes. Incomplete teams will be disqualified from competition.
  • Participants may not consume another person’s beverage at any time.
  • Participants may not bring their own cups or beverages to tournaments.
  • Participants shall abide by the applicable directions and instructions of the referees.
  • Stonewall, LinkOUT and Wall Street staff reserve the right to disqualify and/or eject any player or team for disorderly conduct in their sole discretion.
  • Any disputes, disagreements, or conflicts will be conclusively decided by the officials in their sole and exclusive discretion and shall be binding on the participants without opportunity of any appeal. All decisions made are final.
